I wasn’t blessed with the gift of growing up with a sister, so I’m excited to see how Evie and Amélie’s sisterhood develops and deepens. So because I made Evie an Easter gift guide I had to make Amélie an Easter gift guide for toddler girls, so one day when she reads this blog she doesn’t feel left out and knows how loved she is. Because really I’m trying to proactively avoid the “who do you love more?” question. Which I’ll always answer with “your father” anyway *insert winky face*.
Give me all the girl babies
Before Jonathan and I hopped aboard the baby making train I always thought I wanted all boys. Yep, didn’t want a single girl. Then when I got pregnant with Evie I did a complete 180° and told God that if He loved me than He would give us a baby girl. Pregnancy hormones for the win- ha! So, now I get to be the momma to two lovely little ladies and I’m just loving it. It’s actually hard now to imagine how a little boy would change the dynamics in our family. So, without further adieu this is my Easter gift guide for toddler girls for my sweet Amélie who is all too quickly approaching toddlerhood.
All about the gift guide
This toddler gift guide follows in the same direction as the girl gift guide. I wanted aesthetically pleasing, practical/intentional, and preferably filling a pending need! I’m always striving to pair down any possible clutter in our life- I certainly don’t want to add any more in!
This guide is filled with pending needs for my sweet babe- silicone sippy cup, flower snack container, bathing suit for the hot weather that’s about to start hitting Georgia. And a few hands on wooden montessori toys- the punch drop toy, an adorable name puzzle, and quality knit kitty. And of course I have to throw in some items that bring some beauty- a darling little book that reads like a poem, my go-to style bow, and my favorite gold bangles that both the girls own and aren’t meant to be taken off.
